You will then work with UT Elevator staff to design how your elevator will look.

In order to incorporate an elevator into your home, a shaft will have to be constructed. UT Elevator staff consult and guide your archtect and/or homebuilder ensuring efficient and accurate shaft construction that meet local building requirements.

Installation

At this point, our installation team comes to your home to construct your residential elevator.

If you are living in your home while your home is being renovated, the installation will work around your schedule to avoid inconvenience.

After your residential elevator is installed, UT Elevator recommends 2-4 visits per year as a preventative maintenance approach to keep your elevator running smoothly.
